Gospel Oak Lido

Its not exactly Miami but hey, on a hot sunny day in London it's not so bad either. The pool at Gospel Oak isn't heated but apparently the one in London Fields is where we I originally thought we were going, I may have to check it out during the week. I was bragging to my friends that I was used to cold water having swum in the Atlantic all my life, I guess I am becoming too accustomed to the Mediterranean because I got out soon after diving in, eating my words as I ran back to my place in the sun, nothing gets the blood pumping like a pool of ice water. Today is another beautiful, hot sunny day, it'll be too crowded at the pool but good thing this city is full of gorgeous green parks.
